Battery protection after longer storage: how to reactivate charging on your Aufmaster.

🤔 Problem

The Aufmaster flashes during the charging process, but the battery is not charged

⚡ Possible cause

The battery protection has been automatically activated by prolonged storage.

🪄 Solution

  1. Use the USB-C charging cable with a recommended charger.
  2. Plug the USB-C charging cable into the USB-C charging socket on the Aufmaster.
  3. Press and hold the on/off button on the Aufmaster and plug the charger into the socket at the same time.
  4. Release the on/off button and wait for 5 minutes.
    1. The Aufmaster does not flash during this process!
  5. Unplug the charger from the socket and then plug it back into the socket.
  6. The Aufmaster LED battery indicator starts to flash slowly and the battery is charging.
