Aufmaster Software Update 04/26: All important changes at a glance.

Passwordless login – secure, fast, and hassle-free.

From now on, no password is required – neither in the Aufmaster Cloud nor in the Android or iOS app. Instead, a 6-digit code is sent via SMS or email with each login.

New main menu in the Aufmaster app.

Navigation has been simplified and categorized into Documentation and Management.

Optimized cable section detection.

The cable section detection within the “Measurement” function has been fundamentally revised and is now also reliably available on Apple iOS. In each project list, Aufmaster devices can now be permanently connected to a cable drum or cable ring. The connected devices are displayed in a bar (1) above the measurement documentation. The Aufmaster waits for the user to define the section and automatically records it as a measurement (2). Additional Aufmaster devices can be connected via the plus icon (3).

A new user management system for greater control over your team.

User management has been completely redesigned. It is now possible to:

• Create user groups – e.g. “Site Managers,” “Technicians,” or “Office” – and manage permissions per group.
  Assign permissions specifically – access can be defined individually so that only relevant content is visible and editable.
  Manage team members efficiently – clearly structured, faster, and with less effort.

New Cloud Dashboard with Widgets

The new dashboard serves as a central cockpit. Content can be configured individually – with freely activatable and arrangeable widgets:

• Active map – shows the locations of projects and construction sites at a glance
• Weekly comparison – displays the development of activities compared to the previous week
• And much more – additional widgets are continuously being added

Aufmaster AI Bot — personal assistant in the Aufmaster Cloud.

A chat button is now available in the bottom right corner of the browser. Questions can be asked directly there – the Aufmaster AI provides suitable answers.

• Questions about the app? The Aufmaster AI bot knows features, settings, and workflows and provides relevant information.
• Need help with setup? Problems can be briefly described – the AI bot delivers structured step-by-step solutions.
• Directly in the cloud – support is instantly available without additional support requests or searching for videos.

Hardware and accessories can now be purchased directly in the Aufmaster Cloud.

A direct ordering option is now available in the Aufmaster Cloud for purchasing a new Aufmaster device or accessories such as mounts. Orders can be placed quickly and easily directly through the platform.

More personalized project organization with folder colors.

Projects can now be assigned their own color. A total of ten color options are available – from blue to green to violet – enabling quick visual orientation. The selected color is stored locally on the respective device only, ensuring that personal organization is maintained without affecting other team members.
