Frequently asked questions about pricing
01 Where do I book a plan?
Plan booking happens directly in the Aufmaster Cloud. Create your free account there, try the full feature set for 30 days, then choose the plan that fits.
02 What happens to existing Aufmaster Cloud accounts?
Existing accounts keep their current feature set free of charge, permanently. New features or add-ons can be booked optionally when needed — you decide what to use.
03 Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial – no payment method required upfront. After the trial you decide whether to continue. If not, your account simply stays on the basic free tier.
04 How does billing work?
You choose between monthly or yearly billing and a term of 12, 24, or 36 months. The longer the term, the cheaper the monthly rate. Payment is by credit card, PayPal, or SEPA direct debit.
05 Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades are available at any time – pro-rated billing applies and new features unlock instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.
06 What about multiple devices or team members?
Every plan includes unlimited team members – you can create them for free in your account and assign roles. For each additional Aufmaster device you need a separate software subscription, which you can simply add to your existing account.
07 Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel at the end of your selected term. During the term itself the contract is binding – which is why longer terms come with bigger discounts. After cancellation your data remains accessible in your account – only the features of your booked plan (Warehouse / All-in) become inactive. Your account continues at the Starter feature set.
08 Do I get a cloud in the free version?
The free basic version does not include cloud storage. You only manage your profile in the Aufmaster Cloud – nothing more. To create and sync articles, projects, and measurement records in the cloud, you need the Warehouse or All-in plan.
