Frequently asked questions about pricing
01 Where do I book a plan?
You book plans directly in the Aufmaster Cloud. Create your free company account there, test all features for 14 days, then choose the plan that fits.
02 What happens to existing Aufmaster Cloud accounts?
Existing accounts keep their current features, free of charge and for good. You can add new features or add-ons whenever you need them. You decide what you want to use.
03 Is there a free trial?
Yes. From the day you register, you can test all features free for 14 days, with no payment details needed. Then you choose a plan. If you don't, your company account continues on the free Starter Package.
04 How does billing work?
You choose between monthly or yearly billing and a term of 12, 24 or 36 months. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price. Paying annually saves you extra. You pay by credit card, PayPal or SEPA Direct Debit.
05 Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We prorate the change to the day, and the new features are available right away. You can move to a smaller plan at the end of the current term.
06 What about several devices or colleagues?
Every plan includes as many colleagues as you need. You add them to your company account for free and assign roles. For each additional Aufmaster device you need a separate software subscription. You simply add it to your company account.
07 Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel at the end of the term you chose. During the term, the contract is binding. That is why longer terms come with discounts. After you cancel, your data stays in your company account. Only the features of your booked plan (Warehouse Package or All-In Package) stop working. Your company account continues on the Starter Package.
08 Do I get a cloud in the free version?
No. The free Starter Package does not include cloud storage. In the Aufmaster Cloud, you only manage your profile. Nothing more. To create and sync articles, projects and measurement reports in the cloud, you need the Warehouse or All-In Package.
