Payment & Shipping of your
Aufmaster device

We'll ship the Aufmaster right to where you need it, so you can get started right away.

Shipping takes place within the EU. The costs for deliveries abroad are to be paid by the customer,
and will be specified in the respective offer.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

For shipping to other European countries, the shipping costs stated in the respective offer apply. If no specific details are given, we currently charge 25 euros per consignment. Customs duties (CH, GB, N) shall be borne by the buyer.

If the shipment is made via one of our sales partners, different shipping costs may apply. These costs depend on the respective conditions of the distribution partner and will be displayed transparently before the purchase is finalised.

After your successful payment, the package is usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday) within Germany. However, it can sometimes take longer – for example, in the pre-Christmas period or other holidays.

We rely on Stripe for secure and uncomplicated payment processing. Numerous payment methods are available to you there: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, Giropay, instant bank transfer and SEPA direct debit.
